Do I have to participate by cooking dinner? No, if for any reason, you cannot participate, you can opt out.
How often will I have to bring in food? 3-4 times a year.
How will I be notified that I’m on the schedule? A dinner calendar will be emailed to you and posted on the CoSP website. We will also send out reminders via e-mail & text.
What food should I bring? SIMPLE meals! We will send you a suggested menu, but you may be creative if you like.
Where should I bring the food? CoSP Parish Hall
What time does the food need to be there? please bring food 15-30 minutes prior to start time
Can I cook food at Youth Group? No, the food should be cooked beforehand. There is a small kitchen with a microwave and stove to re-heat or warm up food; and outlets to plug in
What if I want to cook something other than the “suggested menu” or just send in pizza? No problem! Contact Tom to confirm your suggestion.
What if I don’t have time to cook? “Sponsorships” are always welcome. Please let Tom know if you will be contacting the restaurant or simply sponsoring the meal.
Do I have to stay and serve dinner? No, but you are welcome to.
